How do you express your love for yourself?

I know that, for me, it is easy to express love to others.

I love giving gifts, spending time with them, or cooking a meal for them.

But when it comes to me, I often find that I easily talk myself out of buying something for myself, spending time alone, or even cooking a delicious meal just for me!

We can't continue to give to others without filling up our cup first.
